When I was playing rugby as youth and later when I started coaching various youth age group players I observed that the fastest, strongest and the most skilled player usually achieved the most in the game. When I became Exin SCNP_EN exam a professional rugby player and then after retirement I started coaching elite academy players I began to notice that these factors did not seem to matter as much anymore since everybody was fast, strong and skilled. Now this got to me wondering. One group's regime consisted of 100% physical training. Another consisted of 75% physical training and 25% mental training, The third was split 50% physical training and 50% mental training and the fourth group consisted of 25% physical and 75% mental training. The test results revealed that group four, who devoted 75% of their training time to creative visualization outperformed all the other groups.

3. Stated in the present tense, as if you've already achieved it
4. Emotion and energy filled. Get involved and passionate
5. Make them short and specific, and so making them easy say and remember
