How to Laugh for a Minute Every Day - It Is Funny!

We all have heard CheckPoint 156-910.71 exam that laughter is the best medicine to heal our life. Laughter has physical, mental and social benefits, like boosting the immune system, decreasing pain, relieving stress, improving mood, strengthening relationships, attracting others to us, and much more. If everybody knows the benefits of laughter and everybody has the ability to laugh, and it is FREE (in this time of economic crisis!!), why don't we laugh every day?
Busyness is in our life every day. We are too busy to laugh. We are in such a rush that we forget to smile. Life needs some seriousness, but this doesn't mean don't laugh at all, don't have fun with the things we do every day. Maybe you need permission from yourself -and others- to laugh. Maybe you need to repeat an affirmation: "It is okay for me to laugh and have fun." We spend our lives doing what we need to do and postponing the things that remind us that we are alive and we are here to be happy.
I recently discovered that humor is a very good way to heal my body. For the first time in my life I had a severe cough and I couldn't sleep for three days in a row; yes, I was taking home remedies and some medicine. The first night I tried to focus my mind on feeling very good, repeating my affirmations. That didn't help so much because I was coughing and I couldn't concentrate on feeling good. The second night I tried very hard to heal myself using my mind -I'm very stubborn- I had a rare body detachment where I could see my body in my bed and I was fighting with some energy entities around me. It was scary, and it didn't help a lot with my coughing. Finally the third night -the worst one- I was coughing Citrix 1Y0-259 exam more and more. I had trouble breathing. I was very upset and wanted to cry. My anxiety made the coughing worse. I couldn't lay on my bed, so I decided to get up and humor myself. It was the 3:00 am in the middle of the night and I was making crazy moves, exercising (easy), dancing and laughing of myself. I remembered the funniest and happiest moment of my life. I decided to laugh instead of cry. It really helped me a lot. After a while, I was happy and I finally, I could sleep. The next day, I felt a little tired but much better. I learned that humoring myself, even in the hardest time, helps me a lot.
Why take ourselves too seriously? Everybody who can laugh at themselves is blessed. "It is your capacity to laugh at yourself that helps you to come through the tough times," says Robert Holden. I didn't remember this when I was sick, but I applied it well -maybe my subconscious did it! When I remember myself doing funny things in the middle of the night, I laugh about it, even more when I act that way in front of my sisters. It is good to share your embarrassing moments. Everybody has them! Can you remember any good ones about you? I'm sure you can! I still remember when I lost the bottom of my bathing suit on the beach. That was embarrassing! But that's another story.
Here are some things you can do to help you to laugh every day:
Smile.
Find humor in your life.
Join fun and playful people.
Include humor in your conversations as a rule.
Watch funny movies, shows, pictures and videos.
Do something silly.
Release the child inside you.
These are some things you can do, but EX0-109 you can create your own ways to laugh. It is a good idea to include laughter as an important part of our life. You will make your life easier and healthier, and it doesn't take too much effort to do it. Don't forget to laugh in the morning and your day will be great and happy! What makes you laugh?
