Committing To Your Self

Today, I am declaring my independence from false beliefs, from things I've valued that are value-less. Independence. Independent. Independable. Is that even a word? Merriam-Webster says no, but I think it should be. A Course 1Y0-A16 practice exam in Miracles (Chapter 25, Section VII, paragraph 10) says: "what is dependable except God's love? It is God's will that you remember this, and so emerge from deepest mourning into perfect joy." I would define "independable" as "the indwelling nature of God's love." One nation, independable... imagine it, if you will. One world, independable. Each of us so firmly aware of the Divine's infinite love for us that we always feel loved and supported and empowered and lifted and held.
I am declaring my independence from old beliefs that have tried to create an illusion of dependability on outer things, the story of "how" things should be, the form they "should" take and so on. I am willing to see everything rightly today. I am willing to see the Truth.
My ego wants to project everything "out there" - to make the healing process about another, instead of myself. "If only "they" would get it, if only "they" would change, then my illusions would be safe. That's what we're really saying, isn't it? From this place, it's easy to understand what it means when A Course In Miracles says "in my defenselessness, my safety lies." When I remember there is nothing to defend because there is nothing to lose, I can move forward with loving kindness for myself; I can be still and quiet, forgiving myself for any misperception that I can lose, be attacked, be withheld from, be 1Y0-A17 practice exam judged. All of it can disappear in that holy instant.
I wonder if this is the Truth my friend Robert, a devout Quaker, knew in that moment of attack when he was assaulted by two young Irishmen and left for dead. He never even raised his hands to cover his head. In his defenselessness his safety was contained. He was not afraid of losing his life, because he realized that nothing about his life, the true life within him, could be taken.
Several dear friends departed this world in the past year in abrupt ways. One was a longtime friend, in her early 60's who disappeared in a boating accident. The second was an eight-year old girl who lived life more fully than anyone I've ever known. And Robert? Robert carries on, traveling through life in his wheelchair. This month marks the 11th anniversary of his assault. I will add "what would Robert do?" to the mantra I have created of "what would Daria do?, What would Andrea do?" They are a holy trinity for me: strong examples of living big, living wholly and living gracefully.
I am so blessed to have had friends like these in my life. And so I offer this prayer for myself and for you:
Holy Spirit, shine on me today that I may remember who I am -that my brother and I are one in you. Help me remember there is nothing that needs to be defended, because nothing other than love exists. Help me see the E20-500 cry for love in others, instead of feeling attacked, so I can respond from the most loving place within me, in that moment. So I may demonstrate that I am worthy of the friends who have gone before me. So they may have eternal life, living on through our legacy of love.

Confidence and Empowerment - Getting Beyond Survival Mentality

Confidence is not about acting a certain way; it is about being authentic. It is the confidence to be self-actualized and to stop trying to be another copycat of some media image that 1Y0-A14 practice exam you've been manipulated into seeking.
This attempt to conform is really related to a deep-seated, unconscious belief in "survival of the fitness". This is rooted in insecurity around safety and the need to be loved. While is it human to want to feel love and security, it is a distortion to seek it first outside of yourself.
You will not really ever transcend the search for security and love as long as you give your focus of power to people, places and things outside of yourself. You must first love yourself in order to "find" the security and love that you need.
I've learned this first hand. I grew up, real or not, perceiving that I did not quite "fit in" into my environment on many levels. While there was some factual examples of rejection going on in my world, being a child, the rejection felt almost life threatening. The issue for me and all of us is that many of our decisions about "how life is" are based on the intellectual understanding and memory of a three-year-old!
It could even come from old energetic memory patterns in our cellular memory and bio-energetic fields. You are hearing more and more about energy these days (and not just "green" energy), 1Y0-A15 practice exam because we are entering a new era of understanding. The old way of doing things is collapsing as new understanding emerges.
This does not have to be a scary proposition; in fact, it can be a time of excitement and new opportunity if you start to view the change with an open mind. While I understand how even scientifically our minds and brain, our very nervous system is wired to survive, we can conscious change the old patterns that keep us fearful, stuck in a rut, and not living our best lives of health, wealth or abundance.
However, in order to get beyond this mindset and live more confidently, we must be willing to empower ourselves with a new way of viewing life. We have to begin to see a new vision with our mind's eye before we can ever hope of changing what we are currently seeing with our physical eyes. This is because, what we currently "see" is really based on how we have previously wired our brains to "see" - literally.
What you expect to see is pretty much what you get. Of course, in order to increase your likelihood of conscious co-creation, you have to also learn how to eliminate the old energetic patterns (old beliefs) that are unconsciously out of your awareness. These have more power than weak new hopes that are only "in your head". Old unconscious beliefs are stored in the body, in your feelings.
Empowerment is about learning how to forgive, drop the conditioned shaming programs and guilt that were formed in early life and do it as quickly and as effectively as possible. In order to go on this new journey however, the old model of holding on to what you currently believe without consideration of new information has to be dealt with.
You cannot live at a new CA0-002 level by doing the same things over and over. The starting point is willingness and claiming your "response-ability". Get ready to thrive in this new millennium.

Confronting Your Biggest Fear

We all have them.
Something that has always scared us. Something we hoped would never happen - that we have assiduously avoided all our lives. It might be flying, spiders, snakes, confrontation, asking (eg for a raise),
Mine 1Y0-A11 practice exam was always performing. I hated being on or near a stage in front of people. That was bad enough, but to then have to act, or worse, sing or dance - that would do it for me.
Somehow I managed to get all the way through school, through to 18, without ever having to sing in the school choir, or be in the school play. Yes it meant a part of my development was stunted but I would much rather just quietly sidestep the issue and stay in my comfort zone.
Gradually my fear of having to speak in front of class or do a presentation was overcome. Talking in front of people presenting on a subject I was well prepared for was not an issue - but performing - NO PLEASE NO!
That was until a couple of Christmases ago. I took my wife and family, for my wife's birthday, to see Jimmy Osmond's Christmas show. Now my wife is a big fan of all things Osmond (in common with a surprising number of women of a certain age) and so over time our family have become familiar to the various Osmond brothers as we keep turning up at their gigs, and my wife hangs around to meet them.
So on this particular night we were fortunate enough to have seats front row centre. The show was great. The house was full, seating maybe 800 people. the show was full of Christmas song of joy, with a young and enthusiastic troupe of singers 1Y0-A13 practice exam and dancers supporting Jimmy and the co-star.
Then Jimmy did what he usually does and mingles a bit with the audience. He sees my wife and pulls her up for a quick smooch as he sings "Love Me For A Reason" to her as a birthday treat which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Relieved that his cameo bit is coming to an end I sit back in my seat as he begins a refrain of "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool".
Then he does it. Halfway through it he shakes my hand. But he does not let go.
HE PULLS! He pulls me out of my seat and up on to stage. He then puts the microphone to my mouth for me to sing the chorus to the audience:
"I'll be your long haired lover from Liverpool You'll be my Sunshine Daisy from LA"
And then as there is an instrumental break in the song he turns to me and says "Go on Darrin, just boogie"
I had two choices - run for the exit, or do what he said.
I did what he said and for a minute or two did a refined foot shuffle that was a pale imitation of cool. My family were in tears, of laughter, in front of me, practically rolling on the floor. Thanks for the support guys!
Eventually my ordeal ended and to rapturous applause from the 2,000 plus people (or did I say 800) I returned to my seat. But I returned a changed man. Little did Jimmy Osmond know what he had done for me. He had made me confront my biggest fear. I had faced up to it and done what I had spent 40 years avoiding. And I walked off with my head held high.
If I can sing Long Haired Lover in front of all those people, MA0-102 and dance to it too, then that is it. There is nothing that I would not be able to do now...
So have you ever had to confront your fear...
and how did it feel?

Consider a New Lifestyle!

Sometimes during the many chapters of our lives, there comes a time when you really must take stock, for life itself creeps up to let you know that all is not well.
The environment in which we live, with all its pollutants, 1Y0-A06 practice exam chemicals and goodness knows what else we are forced to inhale. Unless you live in a bubble there is not too much we can do about this. Better options are the mountains or by the sea, but, its not that straightforward, because you tend to go where the work is.
Alcohol, smoking, diet, lack of exercise also take their toll.
Too many daily aches and pains, always bloated, obese, constant headaches, depressed, lethargic. When you look in the mirror do you feel you look older than your age?
Evaluate the circumstances of your daily life and consider the direction in which you have been travelling, then ask this simple question. "What can I do to make my life better?"
What can be done? First things first, for life to be good, you must have a healthy mind in a healthy body. It's imperative for your new lifestyle to have the following
The correct nutrition
The correct exercise
Peace of mind

Personally, I think it's important to have routine, something that makes 1Y0-A05 practice exam us feel comfortable on a daily basis, in the knowledge, that what we are doing, is beneficial to us(as individuals)
During its life the body is abused in a variety of ways, from the inside as well as the outside. The foods we eat, the drinks we choose all take their toll!
When your body is the correct weight for your height and bone density the organs function how they were designed to function. The muscles work without strain and the joints do not become stressed.
There is no point having a fit body if your mind is not fit too, particularly if you are plagued with depression and anxiety. To obtain peace of mind it is vital to clear out old baggage, because the mind and body are connected.
Begin to make these changes, but have guidance and remember that life is supposed to be fun free of physical and emotional MA0-101 pain.
Most people, even though they are dissatisfied with how they look and how they feel, find it easier to prolong the agony instead of forging ahead with a new lifestyle. It can be done you know in three easy steps. Don't give up you owe it to yourself and your family

Coping With Loneliness and Finding Purpose Again

The feeling of emptiness is difficult to bout especially if you don't know where the feeling emanates from. In an instant you felt like your world is entirely lonely. You don't find meaning in living and 1Y0-A08 practice exam everything you do seem to be senseless and without purpose. How do you cope with the feeling of loneliness?
Get out and feel the peopleOftentimes when we are confined in the four corners of our home, it becomes tight and we become prone to boredom. Boredom contributes much to the feeling of loneliness we had. If we think that life seems to be revolving in the same people, events and scenarios-try to get out from that confinement and find your own adventure. When we see people strange to us and far different from the way our living is, we will find their lives a lesson for us. Have you ever wonder why famous people like Angelina Jolie still bothers to go out from her world to reach out to less fortunate people? Because they too are trying to find meaning in their lives and they wanted to feel human and useful. If you find meaning in your life to be useful and helpful you will reverse your belief and start living the life of a person who has everything to be thankful for.
Start living what you love best doingIf you are a writer, a music lover, an artist, an actor, a collector-if you are interested and have the skills for something, start developing it now. There is no amount of pride 1Y0-A09 practice exam and glory of having your talent developed and recognized by people. And even if recognition is difficult to achieve, the passion and love for doing what you love best is every bit a reason to live each day. Rising from your long sleepiness and starting to take notice of what you like doing best will have you kicking your life with sense and purpose. Every person is born with something to show of to the world. And it's possible you are one of them.
Rearrange your life the way it suits youJust like your furniture, your life is like bits and pieces of things to rearrange also to fit your current situation. If something occurs in your life that needs for you to rearrange your life in a way that will let you forget the bad things that occurred, try doing it. Change your lifestyle, your hobbies, your routine and the way you think each waking day. The way you feed your mind is also the reason for your loneliness. If you try to change your thinking maybe you will change the entire disposition of your living.
There is no sure-fire way to cope up loneliness easily. It's part of our lives. And no matter how much we took effort not to be able to experience this, life may still bring this trial to us. The 9L0-406 only way to bout this feeling is to understand your situation and try to seek help from the people you love. You can also try to read a few tips and help in order for you to fight this feeling. In the end everything will just passed by like the rest of the events that unfolds in our lives.

Create a Solid Grounding of EnthusiasmCreate a Solid Grounding of Enthusiasm

We're coming to the end of 2010 and I'm curious to find out if you started to look back to see your successes, even the ones that you didn't have written down as goals. Many of us are quick to see what we need to do to 1Y0-700 practice exam improve or change ourselves. It's good to ask your self "What do I need to do, and who do I need to be to raise the bar as a mother, wife, employer, sister, cook, business woman, student, neighbor, patient, client..?" Whatever that may be.
Before you ask this question, however, why not first create a solid grounding of enthusiasm that will keep you inspired by asking "What successes did I achieve, beyond my expectations and perhaps others, that were both on my list and not on my list?" When I say the word 'achieve,' please try not to distort it by thinking of only money, talents, and skills. What about making that extra donation to the food bank, or giving someone a helping hand crossing the street, or returning a puppy to it's rightful owner, or smiling at someone that was in the worst mood ever helping them change their mood.
Set the foundation to inspire yourself not only look at what needs to be done. See your successes first. This is not always easy for many of us. 1Y0-800 practice exam We are quick to judge and condemn ourselves, and we look for what we didn't do, or what we don't like about ourselves. We don't need anyone else to be hard on us. That includes you being hard on yourself. Most of us do a very good job ourselves.
I know it's still easy for me to look at what I didn't do, what I didn't complete, or what still needs to be done. It's a pattern that comes back quickly if I allow it to. So these past few weeks, I've put some effort in to see my successes creating much more enthusiasm and excitement in my life. So far 17 have come to mind and I'm still counting.
I hope you take the time between now and the new year to write your successes down. Sit with them. Really look at them and take them in. Be proud of yourself. Be happy. You're already a success! Once you absorb ZF-100-500 your successes thoroughly, right to the tips of your fingers and toes, then ask yourself what you can do to raise the bar next year.
First, create a solid grounding of enthusiasm by reviewing your successes regularly.

Creating a Larger Vision

If you are not where you want to be in life, there is a good change that you are living far below your potential. Most people live this way, far below their potential, mostly because they lack the know-how or courage to invoke a 1Y0-308 practice exam larger vision. A lot of people are really frightened by the possibility of real success because it involves both - increased responsibility and continuing accountability. The problem is that each of these call for an increased involvement of their time and effort. Smaller visioned people think that they never have enough time to do anything as it is. They tend to remain "victims of circumstance", being tossed too and fro by their daily habits and/or routines.
They don't feel any need to exert any "extra" effort toward being responsible for their own success. They have learned how to make the adjustment by living small. Nor do they want to be held accountable for the management of their time. Afterall, any time that they do manage to squeeze out of their day is theirs to spend as they please and so they do just that. They seek all the pleasurable pursuits they can, to help medicate the pain that they feel from not having enough time to do anything more productive. Big visioned people, however, 1Y0-A19 practice exam are not bothered by the responsibility/accountability factor. They understand it comes with the territory. They also know that in order to be successful in any venture, time and effort are basic requirements.
You must put in the time and you must put forth some effort.People unable or unwilling to do this should understand that power does not flow from inactivity nor does it flow from an inactive mind. Be real clear on this fact: an inactive or empty or purposeless mind only seeks pleasure or amusement. Ways of escape from the daily grind. In order to create a larger vision, it will be necessary to build some fires under your desires. The mind, like the physical body, must be fed and nourished with the proper fuel. An unoccupied mind is a sign of emotional immaturity and/or moral decadence. If you want good things to happen in your life, then it is necessary that you discipline and control your mind with thoughts of peace, power and divine authority.
In other words, you must 200-530 flood your mind with positivity, confidence and supreme faith that success in all that you do can and will be yours. The good news is, knowing who you are and what your purpose is, will help you create a larger vision starting today.
